I accept payment through PayPal but you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account - Proceed as follows:
- Select the PayPal Option during checkout.
- Select the "Pay Now" button after you have submitted your order.
- Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Note: Payment must be made in full before the item is shipped. Purchase Orders placed but not paid for within 48 hours will be cancelled and the item returned to the For Sale listing in my studio.
You are responsible for any of your local Customs duties and brokerage fees or any applicable local taxes.
Canadian residents are subject to Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) so send me an email prior to Checkout to obtain the total cost, including HST, of the item.
I ship to domestic and international destinations through Canada Post. Faster shipping options through FedEx apply to some of the larger items in my studio. This method of shipment will be noted on the specific item page.
If you would prefer another delivery method and or you are located in a country other than the U.S. and Canada, please send me an email at Checkout and I will get back to you with the shipping options and applicable cost.
Refunds or Exchanges:
All items are 100 guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If you would like to return a non-custom made item, you may do so within 15 days from shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price*, but you must first contact me to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The item must be returned in original condition that is, not worn or altered, or damaged, and possibly in the original package. The refund will be processed once I have received and accepted the returned item.
*Shipping costs excluded.
I will replace or repair any item damaged in transit if you notify me immediately upon receipt of the order. The damaged item must be returned prior to replacement or repair.
I accept custom orders and I welcome the opportunity of working with you to design pieces based on the occasion, your style, the outfit, and also within your budget.
Terms for custom orders:
Delivery and shipping times will depend on sourcing and availability of materials, and will be agreed upon before any order is accepted. A non-refundable payment of 50% of the final price including shipping cost is required upon order confirmation. Final payment is due before the item is shipped.
If you like any of my listed items but would prefer it in different stones or colors or lengths, please contact me by email. Depending on the availability of materials, I will do everything to make sure that I can accept your request. I strive to ensure that you are satisfied and happy with my products and service.
