Welcome to my Artfire Studio! I am so happy that you are visiting! Please take a moment to read through my policies and feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Your business is very important to me and I will answer your messages in a timely manner. Payment: At this time, I accept payment via paypal, credit card, or money order. In the case of payment by money order, your purchase will be shipped once money order is received. Shipping: I will make every effort to mail your purchase within 3 business days via USPS (not including weekends and holidays) with delivery confirmation. Your item(s) will be wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and will be placed in a padded envelope to protect against damage. I paying via paypal, your items will be shipped to the address provided on your paypal invoice. Refunds and Exchanges: It is my hope that you are completely satisfied with each and every piece you purchase. Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase and I will work with you to rectify the situation. All returns must be received, unworn, within 10 business days for a full refund (minus the shipping cost). Please contact me before returning an item, as we may be able to rectify the situation. If returning an item, please package it in the same manner in which it was recieved. Thank you. I do not refund for items that were lost or damaged in transit by the postal service. You may request insurance for an additional cost. Special Requests: If you see an item you would like but need it in a different size or color, etc., please message me! I do many special orders and will be happy to work with you to make your shopping experience completely satisfying. Additional info: I do have two dogs and one cat (who were all rescue animals), so while all of my items are handcrafted in a smoke-free environment, my home is certainly pet-friendly!
