Thank you for checking out the Julia Grace Arts store policies. Fees:
o Julia Grace Arts does not charge any additional fees on top of the product total, with the exception of Shipping and Sales Tax.

o There is a 6% Sales Tax Fee for all items being shipped to a Pennsylvania Address


Payment:
o Julia Grace Arts accepts Paypal, Google Checkout, Check, and Money Order in US Dollars.

o Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Please use this method when possible.

o Don't have a Paypal account? No Problem!
     You do not need a paypal account to pay with Paypal. You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card through paypal without signing up.

o Paypal & Google Check Out Payments must be received within 3 days of purchase. Please contact me if you are experiencing any issues with the payment process or need to delay your payment for any reason.

o Check & Money Order Payments must be received within 7 business days of purchase. Please contact me at time of purchase if you expect your payment to take longer to arrive.

o All payments must be received and clear before product ships.

oIf no payment has been received and no communication has been made within 3 days I will notify the buyer to rectify any problems with the purchase. If no payment has been received and no communication made within 7 days I will consider the order canceled.

o Please see the International Customers section if you are purchasing from outside the US.


Shipping:
o Items will only be shipped to a verified address when using Paypal or Google Checkout. If you would like an item to be shipped to a different address, please pay with Check or Money Order.

o All payments must be received and clear before product ships.

o All listed shipping prices are for standard shipping within the US.

o Shipping is available globally. Please see the International Customers section if you are purchasing from outside the US.

o Shipping prices include insurance and all packages will be sent with a tracking number. An email will be sent to you with your shipping information and tracking number after your package has shipped.

o I will combine shipping on multiple items purchased from Julia Grace Arts when possible. Please be aware that this is not always possible when purchasing certain types of products together, for example combined shipping is not available when purchasing a print and a 3D product. Combined shipping is not available on original pieces unless noted in the item description.

o Estimated delivery times vary depending on product. If combining shipping for multiple items please refer to the item with the longest estimated delivery time.

o Rush delivery is available on some items. Please contact me if you would like to add rush delivery to your purchase.

o If you overpay for shipping due to combined shipping or administrative or site error you will be refunded the overpaid amount.

o Please contact me if you believe your package has been lost en route.


Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges:
o If you need to cancel your order for any reason please contact me within 48 hours of placing the order.

o If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt with a picture and description of the damage.

o If you are unsatisfied with your order, some items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Please contact me within 14 days to request a return or exchange. Items must be received in original/saleable condition before refund/exchange will be issued. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping insurance and tracking numbers are required for returns and if they are not provided Julia Grace Arts cannot be responsible for claims of lost packages.

o I cannot accept returns on custom orders or customized products. If you item arrived damaged or there is an error with a customized product please contact me within 24 hours of receipt with a picture and description of the damage/error.

o Due to the sensitive nature of print surfaces I cannot accept returns on prints once the package has been opened.


International Customers:
o Please contact me if you are purchasing from outside the US for customized shipping costs and estimated time of delivery. Please be aware that customs can delay a package up to 6 weeks on occasion.

o If you are paying by check I will hold your order for a minimum of 14 days before contacting you about non-payment and I will not re-list item for 20 days. Please let me know at time of order if you expect your payment to take more than 14 days to arrive.
