SHIPPING:

Australia Post is expensive and I've chosen the large letter up to 250grams in weight as my postage. I will post items together to save on postage and I don't change handling fees. Your new jewellery is being sent to you from Australia, please allow time for International delivery if you are outside of Australia.

I post in CD Mailers as they are nice and sturdy little boxes as will mail for a large letter if I can keep the weight down otherwise they go as parcels.

My postage is $3.00 for Australia and $8.00 to everywhere else.

These boxes cost approx $1 to purchase and Australia Post charges...

Large Letter - up to 250 grams $7.05 for international and $1.80 for Australia

Parcel Post is...
...up to 250g - International $10.50 (US and Canada) & $12.50 (UK)
...up to 500g - International $17.25 (US and Canada) & $21.25 (UK)
with $5.00 being the parcel cost within Australia.

Australia Post states four zones in their written booklets for International postage.

Zone A - New Zealand
Zone B - Asia Pacific
Zone C - USA/Canada/Middle East
Zone D - Rest of the World

~ Australian buyers: Express Post and Registered Post are available upon request.
~ International buyers: I will happily ship to all countries. I will be using Australia Post Airmail for all international deliveries, as such there is no tracking available unless you upgrade to Registered Post International - for parcels up to 2kg or Express Post International - for parcels up to 20kg. Contact me if you wish either of these services.

US BUYERS - The US Customs office has implemented a Compulsory Security Surcharge for packages to the USA over 16 ounces. This is an extra charge of $9.00 and will be billed if your parcel exceeds the weight limit, or I can send your purchases to you in two or more packages. Extra charges WILL BE requested after the item has been posted.


PAYMENT:

If you are trying to decide on a second item I require all payments within 7 days please.

~ Australian buyers - I prefer PayPal but Direct Deposit and bank cheques/money orders are available please contact me for details.
~ International buyers - I only accept PayPal.

Any overpayment of postage charges will be reimbursed through PayPal after the item has been sent.


REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchases. If your jewellery breaks, please return to me for repair. I do offer free repairs on any jewellery for 30 days after purchase, for design flaws only - not deliberate damage. I will refund your purchase price within 14 days if there are any problems, postage is non-refundable. Buyer to return items to me for repair/return at their own expense.


DUPLICATE ITEM LISTINGS

This item has been listed on other sites. As soon as I receive an email that it has been sold I will delete duplicate listings from all sites. If two or more people purchase, the earliest time stamp (purchase) will receive the item. I will then refund your money if you do not receive the item, or create a similar item with supplies on hand (if possible).

EARRING BUYERS: I can replace the plated ear-wires with Sterling Silver or Gold-Filled for the following extra prices. Sterling Silver $3.00 or Gold-Filled $5.00. I can also add plated Screw-On or Clips for unpierced ears, at no extra cost. Please let me know if you wish to change earwires when purchasing so I can adjust the invoice.
