On Payment: If an item is not paid for within three days of the transaction, it will be re-listed. California Residents-I have to charge you sales tax (8.75%), sorry. PayPal will add it automatically. If you're paying by check or money order you are on the honor system, please add the correct sales tax.

On Custom Orders: Payment of 50% upfront on all custom orders (refundable up 'til the time I start the piece). This is not negotiable. It is so that I can purchase the materials to make your jewelry.

On Shipping: Shipping usually occurs within 1-2 days of the payment date, and is usually shipped USPS First Class. If you wish for an item to be insured, please contact me before you buy and I will adjust the cost of shipping to include insurance. I ship most weekdays, but as I work craft shows on weekends, I generally do not ship on Saturdays.

On Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, I will gladly refund the full price of the piece upon return receipt of item (except for custom pieces)properly packed and in the condition I sent it to you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
