PAYMENT
We prefer PayPal, Mastercard or Visa as the forms of payment, but will also accept a money order. Please send me an email if you live locally and would like to pay with cash.
Payment is expected within 5 days of the close of the sale. If payment has not been received by Day 3, I will email you a friendly reminder. On Day 6 the item will be relisted. Exceptions will happily be made if you email me prior to the sale.
We will also happily arrange Lay-A-Way on a quilt with you. just email me for more information if interested in this and we will discuss the terms before making a purchase. Everyone has a budget to follow and we want to work with you to make a quilt happen!

SHIPPING
While we do prefer to ship to CONFIRMED PayPal addresses if you want your package to be shipped to another address other than your confirmed PayPal address, please EMAIL JHP prior to purchase. We just want to be sure that the quilt will end up in the right place!
NOTE: JHP will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages mailed to unconfirmed addresses.
We generally ship within 3 days of receiving payment. In most cases, your item(s)will be shipped the next business day.
We ship UPS or FedEX only and we DO REQUIRE INSURANCE! It costs very little and protects us both. It is already figured into the cost of shipping.
We also offer combined shipping and will gladly combine multiple purchases.
JHP tries to recycle and re-uses bubble mailers and boxes when available. Please be aware of this when you receive your package if you think it looks like it has been tampered with. In most cases it's just us chicks trying to go green!!!

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Complete satisfaction = happy customers. Happy customers = repeat business. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, PLEASE PLEASE email JHP. We want to make your shopping experience a positive one, and we will try our hardest to do whatever is necessary and fair to make it so. Refunds will only be offered under these conditions: Please email us PRIOR to return shipping item(s. We encourage you to add adding Delivery Confirmation to your package. This is the only way we have of knowing that it's being returned. Item(s) must be returned within 5 days. Once the item(s)is received, refund will be made via PayPal. Please note that shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS!!!!!
