Shipping
DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS ON MY WEBSITES AND SHOWS, ITEMS ARE SHIPPING 3-5 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS COMPLETE.

Items will normally ship the next business day after receiving payment thru Paypal, or after your check has cleared, with the exception of custom created items.

I ship first class mail - USPS, unless you request a different shipping method in message to seller. In that event, please wait for a revised invoice from PayPal with new shipping charges added, after payment of which I will ship your order.

If you would like insurance, please indicate that in message to seller, and please wait for a revised invoice from PayPal with insurance charges added, after payment of which I will ship your order.

Refunds and Exchanges
I hope youll love your new piece of jewelry, but if youre not completely satisfied, please contact me, and Ill work with you to either modify the piece to your liking or exchange it for another piece. If you would ever have a problem with a piece youve purchased, please let me know, and well work out a return for repair.
