QUALITY: Since my jewelry is usually unique and I generally do not make multiple pieces of the same design, please note that I wear my jewelry for quality testing. I make sure it will stand up to daily wear, some gentle "abuse," make sure it lays right, and generally make sure it gets the "ooh, aah" factor of handmade jewelry. If it is glass and silver, I will tumble polish in dish detergent and water to polish and clean. If it's leather or earrings, I will change out the ear wires or leather components for your wearing comfort. Also note, I have a pet Maltese dog named Molly.

UNIQUE: I not only make beads, I am also a fan of other glass artists. We all have our unique voices in glass and I can't help but purchase some of these little works of art. You will see many "collaborations in glass" based on pieces I have purchased from other artists and my own beads I have used to complement their work.

RETURN POLICY: I really like my customers to be completely happy with their purchase. I only make what I like and want you to be happy as well. If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact me ASAP to make it right. After 45 days from shipment, I will assume it is to your satisfaction and the sale is considered final.

REPAIRS: I do repairs! In fact, this is part of the reason I started making my own jewelry. If something needs a tweak, even after a year or two (or more) of wear, let me know. For the cost of shipping, I can make that quick fix. If it's more wear and needs some TLC and materials, contact me to talk about your needs.

CUSTOM ORDERS: I actually enjoy doing custom orders. However, please note that it is difficult to do a completely custom order online. (Yes, I tried.) I prefer a general direction and the opportunity to apply creative license to an outline of instructions. It's also helpful if you see something that is close to what you have in mind in my gallery. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the request, the time-intensity (i.e. chain maille), and my current schedule.

Examples of a general custom order:
- Something for my 5-year-old niece in pink
- I love turquoise, yellow and green and like small beads

CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES: I require 50% Non-Refundable Deposit for custom orders. I usually have to invest in materials and begin working to develop your request. There is also some waste if we discard pieces that don't meet your specs. Sometimes I am able to re-use discarded items, sometimes I am not. Since I invest in the custom order, I need you to invest as well. Please consider your request carefully.
