Payment All payment is due at the time of purchase. I accept Pay Pal. If payment is not received promptly your order will be cancelled 3 days from purchase date. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card. PayPal has an option so that your credit card can be used without being a member. Shipping Beginning May 2013, all items will be shipped within five to seven business days after payment confirmation is received. I carefully pack your items using USPSs eco friendly supplies when possible. I use USPS's Tracking Software for tracking and confirmation of delivery of shipments. Regarding my international shipping policy, please email me for details. Refunds and Exchanges: My goal is to make the best quality product so that you are happy with your purchase. I try and make my photos and descriptions as accurate as possible. Please keep in mind that each item is handmade and handle it accordingly. If there are any issues with your purchase, contact me within 3 days of receipt to discuss return, replacement and or refund. If refund is requested, the refund, less shipping, will be returned to you upon arrival of the item in its original condition.
