Jewelry may be returned within two weeks (14 days) if item has NOT been worn or used in any way. Credit will be given after item is returned as stated above. If jewelry piece has been broken, within the 14 days, please return for a repair or replacement, free of charge. Custom repairs can be made on your personal jewelry. Please email me with your repair job and I will give you a quote. Most simple repairs will only cost you $5 plus shipping. Custom work will take 7-10 days longer to ship out.
