Welcome Keaki Designs highest priority is to provide unique quality jewelry, and other handmade items with excellent personal service. I am looking to build life-long relationships with my customers and hope that you will be one of them. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to improve my service for you. Payment Keaki Designs accepts payments by PayPal as Amazon Payments is worked out but until then only will accept Paypal and will be looking into accepting ProPay in the future. Payment must be received within 24 hours or the order will be canceled and the item relisted. Shipments go out once full payment is received. 4% Alabama state sales tax will be added to all orders from Alabama upon checkout. Shipping Keaki Designs ships within the US using First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. For international shipments Keaki Designs uses International First Class without tracking. Orders are mailed out within 24 hours unless it's a postal holiday or I'm on a rare vacation, in which case I'll run a sale to make up for delayed shipping. Refunds and Exchanges Should you have any problems whatsoever with your purchase I offer an open refund policy. Send an item back and receive a refund or comparable replacement, your choice. Total cost of purchase, less shipping will be refunded. For replacements, if you pay the postage to return the original item to me, I will pay the return postage for shipping a replacement to you.
