PAYMENT I accept Paypal only. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Most of my items are in stock and available when ordered. In the instance that an item is not made and may take longer to make I will email you and let you know what time frame it may take to complete. Please pay for your order within 48 hours. I will email you after 24 hours just in case you need help with paying. If an order is not paid for within 48 hours I will have to cancel your order. If for some reason you are unable to pay and need a bit more time please email me before the 48 hours. SHIPPING I ship Canada Post which may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on the location it may take longer. If shipping is less than stated, I will reimburse you the amount that was saved. Take into account that the box or envelope and packaging is also part of the shipping charge. If you would like express post shipping please email me before purchasing. Now offering International shipping, prices are listed. Remote areas may have additional shipping charges. If you live in the Ottawa/Gatineau area and would like to make a purchase, please email me and we can work on you saving the shipping charge! REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Items damaged through the mail system will be replaced. We will discuss this before replacement, I may need to have confirmation on the damage first and will need the merchandise returned to me. Return shipping charges are not covered. Custom items are non-refundable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return it, I will refund your item within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned to me for a full refund. I do not cover return shipping costs. CUSTOM ORDERS Custom orders are very much welcomed! I do require a 50% deposit on all custom orders to cover the cost of materials. The remainder 50% will be due before shipping.
