Payment Payment is expected at the time of purchase. I will only accept PayPal at this time. Shipping I try to ship items within two business days. I ship most items via USPS First Class mail for both quick delivery and careful handling of the package. I insure the most expensive items, at my cost. Internationally, I have found that shipping via the US Post Office, which then goes to your postal system, is the most economical and delivery is usually within 1 to 2 weeks. Refunds and Exchanges I want you to be 100 % satisfied. If you receive an item that is not what you expected, you may return it for a full refund within 10 days, excluding the shipping charges both ways ( THIS EXCLUDES CUSTOM ORDERS ) . If the item arrives damaged (or even missing), please let me know and we'll talk about what I can do to correct the situation, which could include a refund, repairs that I make, or a replacement if it isn't truly a one-of-a-kind item (sometimes I make items that are very similar but not exactly alike).
