CUSTOMS: International buyers - please be aware that you may have to pay duties and taxes on your items once they arrive in your country.
I use the US Postal Service to ship worldwide. Items are shipped flat rate Priority mail for jewelry or beads at the rate of $4.95. Tiny Partz Carousels will require individual costing. Please leave a contact phone number so we can confirm your preferred method and speed of delivery. Contact me for overnight or Global Express shipping rates. Anything other than First Class internationally can quickly get very costly!

Refunds and Exchanges: I want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy, please let me know right away, I can likely find a solution to the problem. I will cheerfully (well, maybe not cheerfully exactly) accept returns. Contact me within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return. When I receive them back, I will refund the price of your products. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Custom work or Mega III Tiny Partz Carousels are only returnable if defective. You MUST have prior authorization from me, please do not ship without this.
