As far as USPS They make it almost impossible for us to ship anywhere but the Usa. Please know that I only charge what the post office charges me when shipping priority and you always get a free gift. I will work with any customer to get them the lowest shipping possible. I will weigh each package to be sure if its lower I will reimburse any fees that are over what I am charged through USPS. Usps is saying with priority USA ITS 3-5 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. I ship from home so all my shipping I have reciepts for, printed from postal service so I have proof of shipment via priority or 1st class. I do not use normal stamps. So if you choose to use 1st class I have proof that I shipped but I do not have a way to guarantee anything past my home. I have never had a package not arrive. I have 100% rating in shipping and customer service in all three of my selling sites. I have shipped all over the world and never had an item take more than 7 days to get to my customers. Except Canada. For some reason even when I ship priority to Canada it takes 7-10 days. So I have moved some of my packaging to plastic re-uesable containers to protect them and they also weigh less than some gift boxes.
