PAYMENT As of now, we only accept payments through paypal. Once you place an order, please pay as soon as possible. Orders not paid within 48 hours will be canceled and re-listed. We will give you a warning, but we are sorry for the inconvenience. SHIPPING All items are shipped to the address specified on your ARTFIRE ORDER. If this address differs from the address listed on Paypal, it will still be shipped through the address you provided with the order on Artfire. Pleas double-check your address before ordering. If the package is returned undeliverable, you are responsible for re-shipping. Delicate items such as feathers and prints will be shipped in a separate box to prevent damage. Prints are mailed flat in sturdy cardboard boxes, never folded or rolled and already placed in a frame for two dollars extra if desired. All shipping will have delivery confirmation. Insurance is available for an additional fee. Please contact if you would like insurance on your order. In order to reduce waste, we will occasionally use recycled packaging to ship orders. We will only use packaging that is suitable for re-mailing, however, if you still wish for use to use new packaging for your order, please let us know in the note to seller� section of checkout. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We do not accept returns, however, we will be happy to exchange items for something of equal value within 30 days of delivery, however, you are responsible for the shipping. If you are ever not satisfied, please contact us! CONVENTION SEASON We attend multiple conventions year-round, mostly focused around the summer months. Our deviantART page has a full schedule, but we will post announcements on the shop front counting down until a convention we will be attending, and when we will stop online sales. If you had placed an order before this deadline, you will still receive your item in normal time. After the announced deadline, however, we will be taking no more orders until after the convention.
