On Payment: Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. If I have not received payment in 3 days, I will cancel the sale and relist the item. If you know you are going to need a little more time, let me know at the time of purchase and I can work with you.
Please understand that if you pay via e-check, it usually takes at least 5 days for the check to clear with Paypal, even if it shows up on your bank statement earlier. For safety purposes I cannot ship an item until the e-check clears with Paypal, and in fact, Paypal won't release the funds for shipping until it does.
In order to reduce waste and be "green," I will not include an invoice with your order, unless you state in the "Message to Seller" that you would like one.
On Shipping: Within the US, we use USPS First Class Mail for small items and USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail for larger items. Outside the US, I use First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. Contact me prior to purchase if you need to purchase a faster delivery method or insurance, and I will create a custom order for you.
I ship within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the listing, as is the case with the Made to Order items.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged items once your items have been shipped. If you want to purchase insurance, contact me first for a quote. I am not responsible for customs or duties that may be charged for international purchases. Tracking is only available on international packages up until the package departs the US postal service.
On Refunds: I am not able to give refunds. I will, however, insure an item if you contact me ahead of the purchase, and that way if it is damaged in transit then you can be refunded by the post office.
