We accept Paypal payments.
We ship by expedited Priority Mail with Confirmation (2-3 business days in the USA.) If you want something and you don't live in the USA, please contact me and I'll post a reserved listing for you with First Class Air Mail shipping to your home.
Everything is beautifully gift wrapped and securely packaged so that it arrives at your home in perfect condition.
If you see something you like but want it in a different color or style, please write and I'll work together with you to design the knitwear of your dreams.
***PLEASE NOTE: All custom work is made to order. Expect from 1 to 3 weeks for me to finish your knitting. I will contact you when the work is completed and ready to ship.
I want happy customers, so most things in my shop can be returned within 7 days in new condition. Contact me before returning anything and please send the package with tracking. Return shipping is not refundable.
Custom work cannot be returned and must be paid for in advance. But don't worry. We'll have lots of discussions and color samples sent so that you will be satisfied with what you ordered.
