Shipping Estimated shipping time is 5 to 10 business days (usually sooner) for international order it can take a little longer depending where you are located at. Orders are processed in the order they are received, I appreciate your patience! Once packages leave my hands, I have no control over how they are handled by the US Postal Service. I can not provide a refund for non delivered items. Upgrade shipping options are available, additional fees may apply. All of our orders are shipped to the address on the invoice that we receive from artfire. We are not responsible if your address on the invoice is different from the one on your paypal account. If you want it shipped to the address that is on you paypal account please leave a note on the invoice.
