Shipping
Delivery confirmation is included for all orders.
Please add in note to seller if you wish to purchase insurance for your item. This is an addition fee of $1.80 per $50 of artwork value.
Alaska and Hawaii will need to pay all shipping costs and insurance. Please convo me for a quote.
Most orders process and ship within 2-5 business days following your payment.
USPS will be the primary shipping company and shipped First Class and Priority.
Most LARGE BOXES will be shipped by UPS. UPS will not ship to a P.O. box, you must have a valid street address.
All fees/taxes and any additional customs are the buyers responsibility for international shipping. Please request an approximate charge, which will have to be calculated.
I reuse and recycle packaging materials whenever possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Generally all sales are final unless there is damage to the item due to shipping. I will always retain proof of postage for your security . Items are packaged with extreme care. Should there be a problem with damage, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and keep the original packaging for filing a claim.
Please understand that any artwork kept beyond 24 hours without notification constitutes a final sale.

I welcome custom orders. If you see an item that you want to have custom made according to your color specifications,I will do my best to accommodate those color choices whenever possible.
Wholesale inquiries are welcome. I offer another line of stained glass products for wholesale. Qualified retailers may contact me and I will send you a link to my wholesale site.
