CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are welcome! See something you like but not in the color you need? Or, do you prefer a different shape? E-mail me at lajewelrydesigns@aol.com to discuss your ideas. SHIPPING: United States - $2.50 Canada - $3.00 International - $5.00 I combine shipping for multiple orders for an additional $.50 per item. Delivery confirmation is included within the U.S. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please e-mail me for insurance rates if desired. For international customers, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase. Due to numerous Germany bound packages being lost recently, as well as those of my colleagues', I will no longer be accepting orders from Germany. My sincere apologies! RETURNS: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. If the item has been misrepresented in any way I will gladly refund your payment.
