PAYMENTS Blue Rose Accepts: Paypal (preferred) Personal Checks Money Orders Please pay within 3 days of your invoice. If you are sending a Check or Money Order, please inform us of that within the 3 days and when you sent the check or money order. If we do not receive payment within 3 days, then the item may be cancelled and will go back up for resale. Please note that we will not be able to shipping any product or items out until after all payments clear, so please plan accordingly if you have an event date! (Also paypal clears very quickly so that may be the avenue you wish to go if you need something faster.) If your product is Purchased after noon on Friday, it will often be shipped out the following Monday due to the fact that we are usually out of town on the weekends. If we are not out of town then your item will be shipped out either later that day or Saturday! If you need it by a certain date, please keep that in mind when purchasing, and please let us know that. International Customs: The purchaser is responsible for all customs as when we send out the product we are not always informed that there will be customs to pay on the purchaser's end. Please be aware of your county's laws on shipping. Priority Option: ***All orders can be upgraded to Priority Shipping as per request. The US price is $5.50. The International price for an upgrade is $12.00. Fairy wings and other items may be returned within 24 hours of the purchaser receiving them. Such items will be tracked for the safety of both purchaser and Blue Rose. If returning such items, provider pays for return shipping and return tracking. Please note that any custom projects under $26.00 should be paid up front (this does not include shipping). Once payment is complete, then we will begin on your Blue Rose Creation!
