I promise to respond in a timely manner. My goal here at Lara Jordan Jewelry is to design and create jewelry that is as unique as the person who wears my designs. I use only quality materials and insist on perfection when creating my designs. I want my jewelry to last a life time and do not list a new design until I am completely satisfied with the quality of the piece. I want my customers to get to know who I am as a designer as well as a shop owner. Customer service is of the utmost importance to me. I promise to care to your needs as if we were in a boutique on main street in a small little town and you are my only customer. Please stay as long as you like and come back and visit again soon, Lara Refunds: My pieces are 100% guaranteed or your Money back. Please contact me prior to returning item. Items returned prior to contacting me will not be refunded. If your item is just not what you expected, contact must be made within 3 days of receiving the item and returned within 10 days. If the item you receive at any time becomes defective due to a mechanical reason such as, a string pulling away from the clasp, please send back the item. It will be fixed free of charge and sent back to you. An item that has been damaged due to improper care will not be refunded. Sterling silver and solid copper will tarnish if left out in the elements. To preserve your jewelry, store in a plastic bag or use other means to keep from the elements. Store and wear your jewelry with care. The stones may break if dropped. Shipping: USA = USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. oInternational Shipping: USPS First Class International Cost for International Shipping will vary on item as well as the items destination due to Restrictions on shipping from the USA to International destinations. I have determined my costs based on information gained from The USPS website at http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/immctry.htm. Some International destinations prohibit silver/jewelry from entering the country and therefore I cannot ship to these destinations. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. All international shipments will be made through post, not paypal. Please be sure your address on your account is the correct address where you want you item shipped. Any orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to tax and fees upon the package entering the country. Lara Jordan Jewelry is not responsible for said fees as it is the destination country that applies these fees. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for understanding, Lara
