All cards and specialty items are hand made with love and care by me. I use high quality cardstocks and inks and every card I make must meet my high standards before I will sell it to you.
I never create card fronts so every card is strong and durable. A one layer card will contain a separate piece of card stock inside to add strength. Cards with dark colored bases will contain a light colored piece of card stock inside for you to write on.
All cards come with an envelope and are blank inside to allow you to add your own special words. Occasionally I will stamp a small image on the inside. Any cards with stamped images on the inside will contain an explanation in the item description.
I ship USPS as soon as I receive your payment. You have three days to pay for your order before it is canceled and the items are placed back into inventory.
Your items are first placed in a clear re-sealable bag so they are protected along their journey to you.
I do my best to combine affordable shipping with item safety and will ship various items in various way.
Single cards are shipped in either a regular envelope or a bubble envelope and are backed by chipboard to prevent bending. Cards with embellishments may also have a foam covering in addition to the chipboard.When you order multiple cards or items that do not fit easily in an envelope or highly embellished items, I will mail those in a bubble mailing envelope. Multiple items with embellishments will have chipboard in between them when needed.
When you order note card sets or anything that is not flat or easily crushable, I will send those in boxes.
Sometimes I can ship your order to you for less than was originally charged. In that case, anything over an extra $1.00 shipping will be credited back to you.
Insurance is optional and it is an extra charge if you would like your package insured. All you need to do is send me a seller note if you choose insurance and I will add it on. If items somehow get lost, I will do my best to work with you to find your items.
If you love a card but need it for a different occasion than what it's been designed for, don't hesitate to contact me. Many times I am able to recreate cards according to your needs.
Also, if you would like me to type in your message on the inside of the card, I can do this for an extra charge. Please email me and we can discuss your needs.For my local customers, I will refund any shipping charges when you pick your items up.

I will be happy to explain any details regarding any item in my store. If the item has been misrepresented, please contact me within three days receipt of that item so that I can work to make things right. Please wait to return items until we've had a chance to speak.
