Shipping: All items are shipped USPS, if you desire another method of shipping, please message me and I'll be happy to quote you shipping charges. Currently only US shipping prices are listed. If you are outside of the US I would be happy to work out shipping costs with you...it is not a problem to take an item to the Post Office to checking shipping rates and any specific forms required. Will ship to the address listed on the PayPal invoice only!! Please make every effort to make sure that the address is the same on Artfire and PayPal, a difference in listed address will delay shipping. Shipping prices quoted on the site are subject to change based on USPS pricing guidelines. Once you have purchased an item, you will only be charged the shipping price quoted at time of purchase. Shipping quotes include Delivery Confirmation. Please Note: I believe in repurposing materials so, your items may arrive in packaging that has been creatively redesigned. Returns: Please contact me prior to returning an item. Return shipping charges (due to buyers remorse) are at the buyers expense and must include Delivery Confirmation. Custom items are non-returnable. Returns due to buyers remorse, on non custom items are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item, date of receipt will be based on delivery confirmation date. Item must be in its original condition, and never used or worn. Refund will be sent once item has been returned and inspected by the seller. Returns due to failure of craftmanship under normal & expected usage will be accepted for up to 60 days. Amount of refund will be determined either by the return of the product or pictures...which method will be based on the item and will be determined at time of contact. Exchanges will be handled on an individual basis. Lay-Away: Can't pay for the item you want all at once? Lay-away options are available with a 10% additional fee on the total purchase. Cancellations: if you place an order and before shipment you decide to cancel the order you will be refunded your payment minus the paypal fee plus a $1.00 restocking fee. Insufficient Funds: Bank/Credit/Debit Card reversal of payment once goods have been shipped will result in the application of additional fees.
