I started designing/creating beads & jewelry 8 years ago. I stand behind my my work 100%. When I am creating a custom order, I will send a pic to make sure it is what you are looking for. If so, I finish the order, and If not, I make the changes and send another pic until you are happy. I don't claim to be able to make "any design", but I will give it my best shot. You are not obligated to buy anything you don't like. And if I "know" that I can't make it, I won't waste your time. Customer service and satisfaction are most important to me.
