I ship within three business days of received and cleared payment, often sooner. If you would like insurance, need expedited shipping, or would prefer to use a different shipping service, please let me know.
Domestic Shipping:
Your purchase will ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and a tracking number unless otherwise noted. Your item will be packaged securely in a gift box.
International Shipping:
Your item will be packaged securely and ship in a gift box. Please be aware that some countries restrict or prohibit the shipment of fine jewelry. Often, it is a matter of having your package properly insured. Many times the cost will be covered by the "All Other Countries" shipping charge but sometimes they cannot. I will refund any excess shipping charges, and send you a message if there will be an additional charge. Shipping to Australia is accurate and includes Priority Mail International Shipping, Registered Mail, and insurance, all are required for shipping fine jewelry to Australia.
Please understand that if there is a discrepancy with your address I will need to contact you to verify your address prior to shipment. I will ship as soon as I have verified your address.
Refunds: I accept items for return that are unworn and in original condition. Items must be sent back within seven days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued after items have been received back in their original unworn condition. Please contact me before sending an item back for a return.
Exchanges: I accept exchanges for thirty days after receipt of item. You may exchange for another item or receive store credit at your discretion.
Material defect: In the rare case of material defect please contact me immediately. I will work with you to repair or replace your item at no cost to you.
If you experience damage that occurs to an item beyond material defect (i.e. the item has been broken or damaged by accident) please contact me. I am more than happy to attempt a repair. In some cases there may be material and labor charges for items that are severely damaged.
Items that cannot be returned for a refund or exchange: earrings and body jewelry (for hygienic reasons), custom orders, clearance and sale merchandise.
