I take great care to ensure that your artwork and note cards will arrive safe and sound. But if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me when you receive your order. I will make every attempt to provide you with artwork that you are happy with. If the problem cannot be resolved, I'll refund the purchase price to you.

My preferred method of payment is PayPal because it allows me to send your artwork to you more quickly. I also accept checks and money orders.
If you choose to pay via PayPal, please send your payment right away. I do understand that PayPal sometimes has problems, and I will never cancel an order without making 3 attempts to contact a buyer. But if I don't receive payment within 3 business days of the purchase, I do reserve the right to cancel the order. If you are paying by check or money order, please notify me when your payment has been mailed, so I could have your order ready to ship. I will ship the order when payment is received.

Shipping

I will let you know when your order will ship, soon after you make your purchase. Original paintings ship the next business day, USPS Priority Shipping, for US purchase, and First Class International for all other purchases. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your prints to ship, to allow for drying time. Prints ship USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail for US purchase as indicated in individual listings. Please allow 2-3 business days for items shipping Priority, and up to 5 business days for items shipping First Class.

Note cards ship USPS First Class. Please note that when purchasing more than 1 box of cards, your order will ship USPS Priority, due to post office weight requirements for First Class Mail.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:
All international purchases ship USPS First Class International, to reduce shipping costs. Shipping times vary, usually from 5-12 business days. If your shipping total is less than you were charged (plus packing material) I'll refund the difference to you through Paypal.

I welcome custom orders! Perhaps you've seen a print that you like, but would prefer it in a different size, or printed on canvas. Or maybe you have your own Fluff Puff or Sweet Puff in mind. I'd love to create a custom painting for you in my Sweet Puff style, from your photograph! Please feel free to contact me with any of your custom requests, and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
