CUSTOM ORDERS: I welcome custom orders. If you have a special combination in mind, please email me.
PAYMENT: Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. PayPal is the preferred payment method. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted. If you are paying by check or money order, please email me to let me know.
SHIPPING: I ship by USPS 1st class mail delivery confirmation. Insurance may be added at your request and expense. If you wish to purchase insurance or have your item shipped quicker, please contact me to make arrangements and an adjusted invoice.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES: If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package to make arrangements for its return. The item must be in the same condition as I sent it to you and the chalkcloth unused. I will happily refund your purchase price less the shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
