Shipping: Items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days and are sent 1st class mail or priority mail. You will be informed through e-mail when it is going to be shipped and confirmation that it has been shipped. If it is a custom order you will be notified of the time it will take to make, and when it is ready for shipping. Returns: If you should need to return an item, it must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. You must notify Lil Brit Knits first, and the item must be in the condition in which it was received and not worn, soiled, used or damaged. A refund or replacement minus the will be issued once the item has been returned and the condition is satisfactory.
