PAYMENT:
We accept money orders or PayPal. We are verified with PayPal. Please pay at the time of your order if paying with PayPal, and if you're sending a money order, please send it within three days, and let us know when you've sent it.
SHIPPING:
FLAT SHIPPING RATE of $5.00 to lower 48 states on all items.
Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us with your address before ordering so we can check on how much it will cost.
JELLYBEAN KNITS E-BOOKS are sent via email, and so are free shipping worldwide.
LOCAL PICKUP: If you live in the area of Sierra Vista, AZ, and want to pick up your order, let me know and I'll remove/refund your shipping costs.
We ship within three business days of receiving payment.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Sorry, we can't cover something that happened in the mail. If there's another problem after you get the item, let us know immediately, and we'll see what we can do. Oh, and you pay the shipping.
