Payment

I accept PayPal and Google Checkout. British customers can also pay by cheque, postal money order or cash.

Shipping
I post within 2 working days of receiving the money (please allow some time for cheques and SPECIALLY e-cheques to clear). I normally post all items paid by 6 a.m. (British Time) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you are in a real hurry its OK to ask me to speed up.
If the postal service you want is not among the choice I offer you are welcome to suggest it to me (e.g. if you want something to be sent recorded/ Signed For or more urgent post). Send me a message and I'll reply with the cost of that service.
I ALWAYS get the Proof of Postage letter signed and stamped by the local Post Office.
Please let me know if you want you items insured.
Don't forget that the postage cost also include packaging material and a handling fee! Please check the postage fee BEFORE buying. Please check if you are providing me with correct address to send items!
Large drawings on paper could be sent in a postal tube - its a perfectly safe way to send them.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund if you find out that I did a mistake in the item description. If you just want the refund please sent the unwanted item back to me within 7 days of recieving it and I pay you back 80 per sent of the item price (but not the postage) - no questions asked! For paintings sold for above GBP 20 I can offer a refund for a lifetime.
