Shipping:

Most orders (dog clothes) ship within 1-3 business days. Please add this order processing time to the length of transit for an estimated day of arrival. We try to keep all items in stock, but occasionally, we do run out of stock in certain items. If this is the case, we will immediately ship any items that are in stock, and ship all back ordered items as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are accepted if postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the date your order arrives.

Littledogfashion.com makes every attempt to be as thorough as possible in describing our products, including accurate photographs and providing accurate sizing information for all of our products. We understand that, when ordering dog clothing on the internet, it can be difficult to get the correct size. Please measure your dog prior to ordering to ensure proper fit. If, however, an item does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for another size.



*Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of the items, we cannot offer refunds on dog costumes, Halloween and wedding related items. These items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

We recommend sending items with a tracking number in order to confirm delivery. Littledogfashion.com is not responsible for items lost in transit. Littledogfashion.com is not responsible for any shipping fees incured in the return/exchange process.

If Exchanging: In order for you to receive your new item as soon as possible, please follow these simple instructions. Please visit our website and place an order for the correct item that you wish to receive. AFTER placing your new order, please ship the original item back to us at the address above. Please include your original packing slip, along with a your NEW invoice number. As soon as we recieve the returned item in new condition, we will confirm that a new order has been placed and will provide a cash refund to your original payment method.

Please DO NOT simply mail back your items with a note stating "I wish to exchange for the next size up," etc, as this will significantly delay the exchange process. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees that may incur in the exchange process.

If Returning for Refund: Please indicate that you wish to receive a refund, and provide a short description of your reason for returning the item. If your item is eligible for a cash refund, we will provide a refund to the original method of payment. If your item is not eligible for a cash refund (see above), then we will provide store credit.


Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any worn, used, soiled, or hairy products. If we receive your item with any dog hair on it, we will not provide a refund and will immediately charge $5.00 to ship the dirty item back to you. If an eligible item does not fit, please make certain that the item is clean and free of any fur before sending for an exchange or refund. We will not accept items that are not returned clean.
