Each piece is handmade to your order, so I am very open to special orders of any kind (length changes, color changes, simplified versions etc). Feel free to send me a request via the "Request Custom Item" link to the right.
P A Y M E N T
I accept PayPal and Money Orders. I will ship once I receive your payment and the item is finished. If payment has not been received with in three days of your order (aside from Money Orders) and I can not establish contact with you, I will have to cancel your order.
S A L E S _ T A X
California State Sales tax will be charged to those of you purchasing from CA. The tax will be added to your purchase when you make your final payment through PayPal.
S H I P P I N G
I am very concerned about your package arriving in great condition and in a timely manner. Because each piece is carefully made to your order, please allow up to one week for your order to ship. I currently ship USPS and include delivery confirmation on all packages and insurance on all packages valued over $100. I will also be sure to ship at the fastest rate allowed by the package budget.
I am happy to ship internationally. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance is not available on international shipments. Buyer is responsible for any extra costs incurred with shipment including taxes, tariffs or other customs charges.
P R O D U C T _ Q U A L I T Y ... is very important to me. Unless otherwise noted, each piece is carefully made once you place your order.
These pieces should be treated as hand crafted works of art so please be gentle and store and clean them properly.

If you have a problem with a piece(with normal gentle wear and tear) within the first 6 months of purchase, please contact me and I will arrange to fix it for you at no cost (buyer is responsible for shipping costs).
R E F U N D S _ & _ E X C H A N G E S
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have two options for return, if the piece is returned in great condition:
1. EXCHANGE - You will receive 100% of the value of the piece in shop credit. No shipping will be refunded.
2. RETURNS - Your purchase may be refunded, minus shipping and minus a %10 restocking fee. Your ArtFire sale will be canceled.
Your exchange or return will be processed once I receive the piece back. I would recommend sending with delivery confirmation and insuring packages valued over $100 as I do. Once I have received the piece and determined it to be in the same excellent condition it was sent to you in, I will contact you about proceeding with the return or exchange. If for some reason I determine that the piece is not in perfect condition, I will arrange to charge an extra fee for repairs or loss of re-sale value.
CUSTOM pieces may only be returned/exchanged on a case-by-case basis and may not be returned for full value depending on their re-sale marketability.
S A L E _ I T E M S
I occasionally host sales in my shop. They are few and rare, so I recommend taking advantage of them while you can. All shop guarantees are good on sale items.
However, all sales are final on "CLEARANCE" items and "SAMPLE SALES" and I can not extend my 6 month guarantee on these items as they have generally been drastically reduced in price.
"SAMPLE Sale" items are pieces from my inventory that I have used as samples (thus have been worn by myself and/or others) for the purpose of showing for sale or product testing. They will ship thoroughly cleaned and in good condition, but will not be "new," thus the fantastically reduced pricing. They are also often pieces that will no longer be produced, so you may very well be purchasing the last one available ever. :)

Each of my items is beautifully boxed and ready for gift giving. If you are purchasing multiple items for more than one person, please make note of it so that I can package things accordingly.
