I ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. I use USPS primarily but may use UPS. Expedited shipping may be available for some items and will be listed in the description. It must be purchased separately.

I ship primarily to the USA. That doesn't mean that I wont ship internationally, if someone requests it. All shipping prices are posted on the items, for US shipping, and are all current at time of viewing. For international shipping, contact me. Don't let the quoted price for shipping scare you: I will refund the difference if it is more than $2.00

I recycle boxes and stuffing from things that I have received in the mail. This will not affect the protection of the items inside the box. If the outside doesn't look nice, remember, it's whats on the inside that counts ;)

If insurance is available for an item, it will be specified in the description. It will need to be purchased separately.

If you really and truly are unhappy with an item that you have purchased, I will accept returns. This must be discussed with me within the first week (7 calendar days) of receiving the item. The amount refunded will be minus shipping and a restocking fee of 5% of the price.
