Payment Policy I prefer PayPal for payment as it provides instant and secure receipts and allows me to dispatch your purchases almost immediately. I will accept personal checks payable to "Lottie's Trinkets", but will only dispatch items once the funds are cleared by my bank. I do expect payment within 7 days of purchase and if not, I do reserve the right to cancel the sale. I also add sales tax for Minnesota and Wisconsin residents at the prevailng rates, currently 7.275% and 5.50% respectively. Shipping Policy All my items carry shipping charges for USPS first class postage. I use USPS International Priority Mail for overseas. If you require an upgrade or another carrier, please ask prior to purchase and I will adust the shipping fee to reflect that choice. I ship same day as cleared funds if before 10am, failing that next day and will provide tracking information wherever possible. Customs & Duties Fees Policy Lottie's Trinkets is not responsible for any extra customs or duties imposed on a purchase levied by a receiving country on overseas shipments. Refunds and Exchanges Policy I do accept returns, shipping at buyers expenses, within 7 days of receipt and items must be returned in original condition. Unfortunately due to hygiene issues this can not be extended to earrings. Jewelry Measurements All my items are measured tip-to-tail including any clasps used in the necklace or bracelet. The majority of my bracelets fit me perfectly and my wrist measures 6 3/4" with a taut tape. If a bracelet is extra small or large I will state that in the listing. Custom Work Policy I do request a 50% non-refundable down payment with the remainder due pre shipping to your address. Artist Design Protection Policy In an ideal world, another person does not copy another's designs. I would therefore request that my ideas are not copied from this site or images used without my prior consent. This is called common courtesy.
