Orders may take up to 2 business days to process. We ship on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. We offer 2 options for shipping, USPS Priority box rate and USPS First Class rate in a padded envelope. Priority shipping is 5.35 for most items, except oversized and fragile items. First class mail in a padded envelope is usually the cheapest method of shipping for small orders, which starts at 2.30 for 3oz. Orders over 13oz are shipped via Priority mail. If you prefer First class mail please specify at time of shipping and excess shipping will be refunded. Priority is the default shipping method. Shipping costs may include actual shipping, packaging, packing materials, labels and transportation to the post office. Please remember the postage on a box does not reflect the total cost for shipping items. We accept returns for items that are in the condition they were shipping within 5 days of receipt. All sales are final on clearance and marked down stock, so no returns are accepted for these items. All items returned must be in original wrapper, have tags attached and strands must not be opened. We will refund your price for the item, but not return shipping. You must obtain prior authorization before returning and submit tracking number. Payment is by PayPal or in person. Orders picked up may be paid by cash, MasterCard, VISA, AMEX or Discover. No checks please. All pick up order arrangements must be made prior to ordering.
