Payment.
If I don't receive payment within 1 week from when the order was placed, I reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item. If you contact me before then, I will gladly work with you to ensure an easy buying experience!

Shipping.
I ship as quickly as possible. Usually, this is next day, but on occasion (check the item listing), I need extra production time. I use first class, USPS shipping. Please let me know if you'd prefer a different shipping method, I will gladly accommodate you. Jewelry is packed in boxes to protect during shipping and for presentation, and I try to combine packaging in the name of reducing Lotusstone's carbon footprint.

Refunds/Exchanges.
I handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. My first priority is the satisfaction of my customers, so please let me know if I'm not meeting that. It's very possible that I might not even know (for instance, if the item was damaged in transit). Really, don't hesitate to contact me!

Custom work.
I love custom requests, and offer wonderfully fair prices for custom work. Please, don't hold back, especially if you see a pair of earrings/necklace/bracelet that you would like to purchase, but would like a matching necklace/bracelet/pair of earrings that is not listed.
