Orders will be processed once payment is received. Our items are hand crafted. Items will be shipped within 10 business days upon receipt of payment. For custom orders, please allow additional time for shipment which will be determined at the time the order is placed. Also, for personalized and custom orders, all sales are final at the time of purchase. On all other orders, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping All orders are shipped via USPS postal service first class mail. If you would like to upgrade shipping, please contact us. We do not add insurance to our orders unless requested and we will add tracking on orders over $50.00. Customer is responsible for upgrades and insurance.
