Items purchased from selections on web site will generally be shipped within 48-72 hours (depending on the day and time of the purchase). Custom orders will be shipped upon completion of artwork. Items will be shipped insured with delivery confirmation. All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged the buyer must notify me within 72 hours in order to begin the claim process with shipping vendor.
