I will ship anywhere in the world where PayPal will process a payment. I normally ship by USPS standard mail. Upgrades are available if requested. International Shipping has changed recently (January 27, 2013) with a tremendous increase in prices. Some packages may be trackable now. My shipping charges will probably fluctuate a bit as I work out how to best handle the increase. Very lightweight packages of 2 oz and under are a few dollars less expensive to ship than packages over 3 oz. Packages above 8 oz take another big jump in cost. If you have a very small package, I will do my best to refund you any overcharges in shipping. If you have a large order that you want shipped but are concerned about pricing, please send me a message and I will find out how much shipping will be for your order and will set up a custom order for you. I do enameling once a week and normally ship once a week. If you are in a rush, just let me know and I'll try to speed up my schedule for you. (Near the holidays, I ship more frequently to make sure your goodies arrive on time.) NYS buyers - I have an ongoing "Tax Sale" on orders under $30.00. Buyers from New York state must pay the appropriate sales tax rate for their municipality on orders over $30.00 - I will send you a PayPal invoice. Customs forms will be filled out accurately, and buyers are responsible for all Customs or Duty fees. I cannot help buyers avoid or reduce their national customs fees.
