My main priority is to provide Lundela customers with unique, quality handcrafted procelain bead pieces, coupled with fabulous customer service. All feedback is welcome, please let me know if there is anything I can improved upon. LUNDELA PAYMENT INFORMATION - Lundela currently accepts all major credit cards via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase via a credit card. Payment must be received within 24 hours or the order will be canceled and the item relisted. I usually ship within 24 hours, once full payment is received. LUNDELA SHIPPING INFORMATION - Lundela ships within the United States using USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. For international shipments, Lundela uses International First Class without tracking. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, once full payment is received. LUNDELA PACKAGING INFORMATION - Lundela ships all pieces in a beautiful organza bag ready to be given as a gift or kept for yourself. LUNDELA CUSTOM ORDERS - I am happy to make custom pieces. Due to the unique nature of my work, it usually takes me approximately two weeks to make a piece (kiln time alone totals over 60 hours). Please contact me and we can work together to meet your desires. After agreeing upon the piece, I will quote you a price. Your custom piece will be set up as a reserve listing and must be paid in full before I start on the piece. Once payment is received I can usually have your item finished in approximatley two weeks and mailed immediately afterwards. LUNDELA REFUNDS - I stand behind all of my pieces. If you have received an item that you are not happy with, please contact me wtihin five days of receiving it for a full purchase price refund (except for custom pieces).
