Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase. I do only accept PayPal, however you can use any major credit card through PayPal without having to register an acct with them. Shipping: I use USPS first class airmail shipping for all embroidered patches and all domestic packages come with delivery confirmation at no cost to you. Due to the fact that most of my items are made to order they will not ship immediately, but they will ship quickly. If you need your item for a specific date please ask before making the purchase. I am not able to bump your order in front of others to accommodate requests made after a purchase. Refunds and Exchanges I am happy to replace an item if there is an error on our end, such as we somehow lost our minds and sent you the wrong item. However, due to the fact that all of my items are made to order I can't accept a return if you simply change your mind or if you have made an error.. No returns or exchanges on custom items.
