Welcome to MaggieMays! Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have on my policies. PAYMENT: Accept PayPal and Amazon Payment. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase a item; when checking out click on the button stating that I do not have a PayPal account and than you may pay with your credit card or debit card. Customer is responsible for any type of custom fees, duties, taxes, etc. Shipping rate will depend on destination. Questions about PayPal: 1. Do I need a PayPal account to pay you? No. You will still go through PayPal, but you have the option to pay me safely with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card ) without creating a PayPal account. PayPal's fraud prevention measures remain in effect and applies the same techniques for this as it does for other transactions. 2. Will PayPal charge a fee to the buyer? No. PayPal does not charge fees to the buyer whether you have or not have a PayPal account. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS AND POLICIES CAREFULLY WHICH WILL PREVENT ANY MISUNDERSTANDING! Shipping: Item(s) will not be shipped before payment is received and cleared. ALL DIAMOND JEWELRY WILL BE SENT WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION REQUIRED! Please note that I will take great care in packaging your item so that it arrives in perfect condition. However, once the package leaves my hand I have no control over the care it will receive during shipping process. Unless otherwise arranged, your item(s) will be shipped via USPS First Class Insured within 48-72 hours upon completion of payment. If you require "special handling" please advise me before purchasing. I will do my best to accommodate the request, additional charges may apply. Refunds and Exchanges: "If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, please contact me immediately (meaning day received), and I will be glad to work with you on a solution. If I don't hear from you within 7 days of receiving your purchase; I will assume that you are happy with your item; in which at that time No Refund will be given after the 7th day of receiving, " meaning date received." For health reasons, returns on pierced earrings will not be accepted. Refunds and Exchanges do require the following: 1. Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped. 2. Return items in same package as when received and must be properly packaged and/or wrapped. 3. Tracking must be provided for the return package to ensure delivery. 4. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Buying jewelry online can be a wonderful experience! I will do my best to make it come true. Unfortunately when buying online, you're unable to touch or view a item from every angle possible. Colors may appear different from monitor to monitor, and sizes may appear larger then the actual size. It's just not possible to know exactly what you are purchasing until it arrives in the mail. That is why I am happy to refund your money within the 7 day inspection period with the exception of pierced earrings. However, a return that is shipped to me after the 7 day inspection period; customer will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. IF RETURNING ANY TYPE OF DIAMOND RING OR DIAMOND JEWELRY THEIR WILL BE A $50.00 RESTOCKING FEE. THESE FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT! I simply ask that you treat me the same way you would want to be treated. MaggieMays has never had to refund a customer do to faulty or misrepresentation of merchandise! Pendant chains are very fine and delicate which are not meant to be worn 24/7/365 days a year. Precious metals do break down with continuous wear. MaggieMays will not be held responsible for any type of breakage. Remember, gemstone jewelry is not meant to be worn 24/7/365 days a year meaning continuous wear; the oils in your body will not only affect the color of the gem, but they may become scratched or even crack, prongs may become loose, etc. Visit your local jeweler at least once a year to have your fine jewelry cleaned and checked for loose stone(s) and prongs. These mishaps occur regularly when caught upon clothing, hair, house work, gardening, etc., or you may bump or hit something while wearing your jewelry. I guarantee my work to be free of defects (not including naturally occurring imperfections/inclusions with gemstones). Remember, there are know two gemstone's exactly alike and also most all your gemstones have some sort of natural inclusion(s). I cannot be held responsible for any damage or problems that occur to your fine jewelry piece (including sizing, cleaning, etc) by another jeweler. With proper care and respect for the piece, it will give you a lifetime of enjoyment! If a reserved order is requested on any item in my studio, a deposit of 50% of total price is required and non-refundable if not paid in full within 10 days (weekend days included) of order, unless other accommodations have been arranged between buyer and myself. If full payment has not been received within the time frame listed above, item will be re-listed as a active item in my studio. Please keep in mind that all jewelry is one-of-a-kind without duplication. At this time I am no longer accepting custom order's. SHIPPING: Some items may have a higher shipping rate depending on weight of the item; this will be noted in the description. Also, depending on destination shipping rate may be higher. United States: $8.00 for first item; $1.75 for additional item. Alaska: $10.00 for first item, $1.75 for additional item. Canada: $12.50 for first item, $1.75 for additional item Hawaii: $10.00 for first item, $1.75 for additional item
