International orders are also shipped USPS where buyer is responsible to cover any duty or custom charges. Small items (pens, bookmarks) are securely packaged in bubble mailers, while larger and more fragile items are properly wrapped and cushioned in an appropriate sized box Buyers have the option to upgrade standard purchases to priority mail (please email me your preference) While not standard on smaller items, buyer can choose to add tracking, confirmation and insurance on any and all purchases. Custom orders or larger figurines/sculpts WILL SHIP priority INCLUDING tracking information, insurance, and delivery confirmation. I put a lot of effort and love into my magical creations; therefor I want to take every precaution to ensure your custom creations journeys safely to its new enchanted dwelling * * REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES * * In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately so that I can correct the situation. All my work is guaranteed by me. I take full responsibility if your item arrives to you in less than perfect condition (ie broken) In this event I will cover return postage and ship you a new similar item if possible I cannot accept returns on custom orders (unless physically damaged) due to the custom nature of its creation. When placing a custom order I will send many emails back and forth to ensure that your purchase is sculpted to your exact specifications. In the case of larger items (cake toppers, custom sculptures) many in progress photos will be sent to you for approval throughout the process
