WELCOME Hello and thank you for stopping by my shop! I appreciate your taking a moment to view my shop policies ~ I believe in open communication between myself and my customer so if you have any questions, please let me know and I will answer ASAP. I will let you know that I received your order and then send shipment confirmation when your item is mailed. PAYMENT I prefer payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may still pay with a credit card ~ simply select the PayPal option at checkout and follow the link to pay with your debit or credit card. I also accept Money Orders - your order will be shipped when payment has been received. *** I would appreciate your letting me know when the money order has been mailed so that I know when to expect it! *** DEADLINES Payment is appreciated at time of purchase. *** Please contact me first if you have any payment problems or questions and I will do my best to work something out. However, if I have not heard from you within 3 days of your order, it will be considered unpaid and the item will be cancelled and relisted. PLEASE NOTE: *** I will always try to get in touch with you first! *** SHIPPING Usually, items ship out same or next day!! (Excludes weekends and holidays.) If there will be a delay, I will let you know. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA) Items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Shipment will be after receipt of payment. Delivery Confirmation is always free. *** PLEASE NOTE! *** Items over 13 ounces (including packaging) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with rates figured from Texas to all zones across the US including Alaska and Hawaii. In order to charge sufficient shipping, the amounts shown are based on the farthest zone (Alaska and Hawaii). I will gladly refund via PayPal any amount overcharged by $2.00 or more. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING If you do not see your country listed, please contact me and I can provide shipping information. Items ship via USPS First Class International after receipt of payment. This is not a tracked or insured service, so if you would like this to be provided, please let me know in a 'note to seller' or contact me before purchase. I will let you know what the extra charges will be and then send an updated invoice. CUSTOMS CHARGES International customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery. UPGRADES Upgrades to USPS Priority and Express are available for both domestic and international orders. Please contact me for a quote. PACKAGING Items will be securely packed to ensure their safe arrival. I use both recycled and new boxes; bubble envelopes are usually new. RETURNS OR REFUNDS I want you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you need to return it, just let me know and we will work it out. Returns must be done within two weeks of receipt and the item must be in the original shipped condition. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund will be issued through Paypal. (Some custom items and anything personalized cannot be returned.) If you have any questions, please contact me prior to purchasing. I'm always happy to help!! DAMAGES IN SHIPPING This does occasionally happen and I do want you to be happy!! If your item arrives damaged, please contact me via convo or email as soon as possible. I will need a photo so I will know whether you should return it, or just keep it! I will gladly refund for damaged items -- purchase price only; your original shipping amount cannot be refunded. Return shipping for a damaged item will be at my expense up to the original shipping amount. VINTAGE ITEMS All vintage items are sold "as is" and will have typical signs of wear. I do my best to accurately describe the condition of each item and to provide photos showing any obvious flaws. CLEANING OF VINTAGE ITEMS Even though vintage items are sold "as is" that doesn't mean they have to be dirty! I want them to be clean and nice when they arrive on your doorstep. You can be assured that each piece has been gently wiped, washed or polished as needed. Linens and crocheted items are very gently handwashed, air dried, and pressed.
