Payment
I accept PayPal, Google checkout, or money orders (postal for US customers, international for everywhere else). Immediate payment is the bomb! I do expect payment within 7 days - if that;s a problem, please contact me as soon as possible. We may be able to work something out.

Shipping
My goal is to have your item to the post office within 2-3 days of payment - most of the time it's there within 24 hours. I have no control over transit time once it leaves my hands.

Within the US, I usually ship by Priority Mail - if you need it faster, ask me about an upgrade to Express. International packages usually go First Class International, unless you want to upgrade.

Customs forms for international customers are marked as merchandise, and value equals purchase price not including shipping. I could face fraud charges for lying on a customs form - please do not ask me to do it.

Refunds and Exchanges
I inspect each item several times before listing it and describe condition in detail. I also provide careful measurements. That said, it is possible that I might miss something. My policy is all sales final unless I make an error. If you find a significant flaw that is not mentioned in the listing, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. I do not accept returns for fit or color issues.
