I ship paid and approved orders the next production day which is usually Mon-Wed-Fri.

Domestic (US) orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. Other services such as delivery confirmation, insurance and priority mail are available at additional cost. Delivery is usually very fast, but is not guaranteed, the customer assumes the risk of loss/damage if insurance and/or delivery confirmation are not requested and purchased.

I ship international orders through USPS Air Mail, insurance and tracking are not available. The customer assumes the risk of loss/damage in the mail.

Returns:

If item was not as described, I will refund original price including shipping both ways. When returning an item to me send it via regular mail with delivery confirmation.

If Item is defective - I will replace it immediately upon receiving a) a reasonable scan of the stamp impression, or b) the stamp is returned to me at my discretion. If the stamp is defective I will refund the shipping cost to me in addition to replacing your stamp.
