PAYMENTS:

Preferred payment method for fast shipment is PayPal. I do also accept Money Orders, but ONLY if they are purchased from the USPS (United States Post office)


SHIPPING:

Please verify that your address is correct on your PayPal accounts, before buying.
I often print shipping labels directly from PayPals site.
If you dont check the address first, there may be a delay in shipping, or it may be shipped to the wrong address.

Please note: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT I SEND TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS INCORRECT ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT!
So now would be an excellent time to verify it. :)

If you wish to ship to a different address then is on your PayPal account, please advise me of it during check out.


PACKAGING:

I package everything very well to survive the trip, at least as well as I like to receive them!


SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.A.:

Any items that are already made, which is most items, and all One of a Kind items, will generally be shipped out within 2-5 days.

Any items that I Make to Order are generally shipped within 7 days.

Any Special Orders, such as a different size, different color, or anything that you request that is not my described design, are typically shipped in 4-7 days, but may take up to 10 days to ship, due to the fact that I may have to order additional supplies.

*If I am unable to make the time frame for any reason, I will email you to let you know. But I do like to ship quickly, because I like to receive items quickly! :)


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International packages are sent via Airmail.

Also, my local Post Office does not process International Shipping, and I have to drive several miles to get to the next P.O. that does, so I usually only go once a week.

This means that it may take me 7 days to mail international packages, and 10 days if your item is customized in any way.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Customer Satisfaction-
I want my customers to be *completely* satisfied.

I understand that a satisfied customer is far more likely to spread the word, and come back themselves, then one who is not! :)
If you happen to purchase an item that is too big, too small, wrong color, etc..., please send me a note, and I will fix or replace it, if possible.

One-Of-A-Kind (OOAK) Items-

Please note that any items marked as One-of-a-kind or OOAK, are just that.

That means either I cannot make another (perhaps a unique stone), or I will not make another (a design that has taken far more work then I intended).

So please make sure to ask any questions first, on OOAK items!

All that being said, Ive never actually had a customer return an item purchased on ArtFire, Etsy, or eBay! :)


ABOUT MY JEWELRY:

All my wire-wrap jewelry (unless otherwise noted) is made from 14k Gold-filled wire or Sterling Silver wire.
It is bent by hand, using only hand tools like pliers, dowels, and cutters, etc...

Most of my chains and chainmail items I make from Aluminum rings. But I do sometimes use 14K G/F, Sterling silver, Steel, or others. I will usually state the metal that it was made from in the description.

I do make custom pieces, so feel free to make special requests!

Most pieces made in Sterling Silver can also be made in Gold Filled, and vice versa.
