PAYMENT I accept PayPal and credit cards as primary payment method. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal with a credit card. When you use a credit card to make your payment, you will see that option on the PayPal log-in page. PayPal only acts as a separate and secure payment processor. *If you have a PayPal account: You can use credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal account balance through your PayPal account. *If you do not have a PayPal account: You can pay with a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Please click on the PayPal logo payment button and you will have the option of paying via credit card without signing up for a PayPal account. A 4-step process to pay for a purchase: 1. Click the PayPal logo payment button at your check out. 2. If you have a PayPal account, you will log into PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, click the "I do not have a PayPal account" link, and you will enter all your payment information on a web page protected by PayPal. 3. Review and complete the purchase on PayPal. 4. You will be redirected to ArtFire website. SHIPPING Once payment is cleared, your purchases will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Note: For combined shipping, one payment must be made for all items at one time. [International Shipping] - Estimated Delivery Times: USPS First-class International Mail takes 1-3 weeks, Priority International Mail takes 5-10 days to deliver international destinations (depending on the destinations and customs). We do not take any responsibility or issue refunds for lost packages, Customs duties and/or other taxes and fees in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. *If you would like an extra security to your international package, Registered Mail service is available at the cost of additional $11.50. (Please contact before you make a payment.) ***International Customers - Please Note*** Importing jewelry is prohibited or restricted in some countries. Please check with your country's customs office to see if there is any prohibitions or restrictions. It is not my responsibility if your items were forfeited at your customs. Import duties, taxes and charges may occur depending on your country's customs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and not included in the item price or shipping charges. RETURN POLICY *If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know. I will make every effort to solve the problem. Your satisfaction is my goal! *If you would like to return the items for some reason, please email me promptly. I will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions of how to return the items. Return must be made within 7 days of receiving items. All items must be in their original condition, not worn or altered. Custom made items and altered items are basically not accepted. *Please note that the shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Additional Policies and FAQs about BRACELET RE-SIZING *Re-sizing is available for most of my bracelets unless otherwise stated in item descriptions. Sizing down without limitation or enlarging up to one inch is free of charge IF YOU ASK FOR RESIZING BEFORE THE ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED. Please note: If you send item(s) back to me for resizing after you receive it once, a new shipping & handling charge will apply. *For enlarging more than one inch, an additional charge of reasonable cost of materials may apply. Please ask availability prior to purchase. *As I often use limited stone (or silver/metal) beads, enlarging may not be possible depending on my stock. Please ask availability before you purchase. CUSTOM ORDERS *Matching Jewelry: If you would like a matching pair of earrings, bracelet, necklace of an existing item from my store, please feel free to email me. I'll see if I have enough material to make a special matching item(s) just for you! *Same Item: If you see any of my previous work and if you would like to have the same one, please feel free to email me. I'll see if it's possible to make the same one or a similar item for you. *Other Custom Orders: A special custom order piece from scratch (without any existing design or similar design) is currently not available, as I run my business all by myself and tend to be unable to spare enough time for a satisfactory work.
